Emmanuel is charged with homicide.

The Chief Magistrate, Mrs F.M Kayode-Alamu, did not take the plea of Emmanuel.

Kayode-Alamu ordered that Emmanuel be remanded in Ikoyi Custodial Centre, pending legal advice.

She adjourned the case until Aug. 10.
