The Lagos Waste Management Authority (#LAWMA) has perfected the insurance of sweepers under the LAWMA CEO programme with effect from Friday July 17, 2020.
A statement on Friday by LAWMA said the insurance policy for the sweepers covers among others death while in active service, permanent disability and medical expenses.

“In the light of the above therefore, the management of LAWMA is pleased to inform members of the public that, from Friday, July 17, 2020, every member under the “LAWMA CEO” programme will be insured.
