The Lagos State Head of Service, Mr Hakeem Muri-Okunola has felicitated with Muslim Faithfuls in the State, especially the Lagos State Public Servants, for witnessing another blissful month of Ramadan.
Muri-Okunola, in his congratulatory message, stated that this period of Ramadan is a time for everyone to rededicate their lives through more prayers and devotion to the Almighty Allah.
He, however, implored all Muslim Faithful to imbibe the teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) by sending supplications to Allah during this holy month, saying “Everyone should dedicate more time to prayers for peace, unity and economic stability of the country and a prosperous nation”.
The HOS also prayed to the Almighty Allah to grant everyone good health, abundant blessings, mercies of this holy month and, goodness in this world and the next.
Muri-Okunola also urged all and sundry to extend acts of benevolence to each other by showing love to one another, especially the less privileged among us and in society.
